Order a remote with a Hulu shortcut key. It’s not what I received.
I ordered my fan part through Prime. It was sent by USPS and was damaged before it ever reached me, and sent back to Anderic. It was not replaced and reshipped though. My order was just cancelled. It said my refund would be in 5 days or so. I waited 5 days, no refund. I had to call and request a refund and was told it would be 5-7 days for the refund from that point. 3 days later I received my refund and reordered my part. It arrived in about 5 more days and worked as it should. It’s my opinion they should have reshipped the part after it was damaged in shipping with no input on my end instead of cancelling the order. Oh well, I got it eventually and all is good now
Exactly what I ordered and it functioned . Loved the help I received when the first order I did not receive. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRODUCT.
This is my second rav300 Anderic replacement remote for my Yamaha receiver. Although my first Anderic remote lasted for a relatively short period of three years I hope this one lasts longer than the first. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the performance of the product as it is totally compatible with my receiver to the point where I immediately ordered this new one when the other one failed.
