Hurry, we ship FAST!

You may cancel any order for any reason for a full refund before we ship (fulfill) your order. Please call us immediately to try to cancel your order before we ship it. We get the orders out fast, so there is no guarantee we can cancel your order in time. We suggest you call us during business hours for the quickest response; conacting us through email, chat, or our ticketing service may be slower, and our staff may not get to your order in time. If we have already shipped your order, then you must follow our return policy. 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order, and the same applies.

Subscriptions - We currently do not offer any subscription-based items.
