We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all accessories (wall mounts, battery covers, screws, instruction slips), and in its original packaging.
- International (outside the U.S.) Returns are accepted, please see below for more information.
- A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
- The standard return shipping fee is $7.95, though this amount may vary if the actual return cost exceeds the standard rate.
- Returns sent to us without a prior return request may not be accepted.
- Restocking fees may apply; please refer to the "Additional Information" section below.

Additional Information
Inspect your items upon receipt for Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable, final sale & items with restocking fees
You may initiate a return for any order via our portal (see "To start a return" above); however, please be advised that the items below may not be approved. If you are unsure, please go ahead and initiate the return, and we will be happy to let you know.
- Parishable items (i.e., Batteries, Keypad Repair Kits) & Digital Items (i.e., Shipping Insurance)
- "Final Sale" Items: All items valued at $20 or less.

Accepted items, but with a 20% Restocking Fee:
- All Samsung One-connect boxes, One-connect Cables, and Jackpacks have a 20% restocking fee in addition to the cost of the return shipping label.

Accepted items, but with a 10% Restocking Fee:
- All bulk purchases of five or more units of any single item — for example, five 877MAX keypad remote controls — will be subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the cost of the return shipping label.
We will notify you of the total refund amount when we issue your return label. All return labels will be emailed to you. We cannot (letter) mail you the return label.
International Returns
We accept returns from international customers; however, we're unable to provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, along with all Taxes, Duties, and Tariffs on the package. We suggest taking the product to your local post office to have it shipped back to us. They can help you package and apply postage. Once the item is returned and recorded, we will promptly issue a refund and email you a confirmation. We also recommend that you record your tracking number for the return, package it with sufficient padding, and consider adding insurance for items valued over $50. Please note: If you haven't paid the import duties for your return in advance, these costs will then be our responsibility upon delivery. We will not accept the return charges; the package will be refused, and we will not be able to issue a refund, as the item(s) were not considered returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not provide labels, you must return at your own expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and if the refund is approved. If so, expect your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Note: If you purchased your item(s) through Amazon, you must initiate a return via your Amazon account. To start a return from your Amazon account, follow the steps below:
