The Altura 68 inch Ceiling Fan Receiver arrived as scheduled by Anderic. The Electrical technician installed this part today and "WALLA!" It is operating perfectly. Customer service was flawless and delivery was on point. I would order from Anderic again if necessary. I spoke with one of the Anderic team Aidan prior to the delivery to check status. Aidan was professional and knowledgeable regarding the process.
Have purchased 2 ktn828 remotes neither one showed the correct temperature. Both remotes were anywhere from 6 to 10 degrees off. With that said they both did work turning the ac unit on and off but its extremely difficult to set the temperature in the room.
