Works great right out of the box
We’ve had a frame TV since they first came out. We previously had two Samsung brand remote controls They’re just finally died. I just ordered a new one from Anderic and everything works except for 2 things:
1. The radio frequency transmitter doesn’t work very well at all, especially compared to the other Samsung remote controls that were the exact same model
2. The main round button that you press to do most things on the TV, doesn’t respond at all the first time you push it. You have to push it a second time in order to get the TV to respond. This is definitely not a TV issue since I’ve been using an off brand remote since our Samsung one broke, and it works just fine. I only replaced it because I wanted an RF capable remote.
I gave this a two star rating because of those two problems. I’m now trying to figure out how to return it and get a replacement.
