Item showed delivered by USPS, but wasn't anywhere to be found. Received an email from the company stating delivered & a red lettered area to click to 'let them know' if not received. I did & received a reply from Dalton that basically said once it leaves their facility, they aren't responsible for it & to contact the shipper. Then why have the option to 'let them know' & why would they even bother with insuring the package if they are going to do nothing? Luckily, it did show up at our neighbor's house several days later. Tried to pair the remote, but no luck. Checked the 2 batteries, which were good, but the remote is dead. Looks like it should light up & beep, but nothing happens. A complete waste of time & money. Should have paid double for the one at the local hardware store. Would have been less of a hassle.
Altura first to second model was slow like giant tortoise caused by a voltage level, light kit is set to dim and on, the chain for the light is weak, caused by a newer Altura AC,

I had ordered another Anderic remote control through Zoom but it didn't work. I called Anderic and the representative was SO helpful to determine that the control I had ordered was the wrong one. He helped me order the correct one directly from Anderic and I returned the wrong one. Kudos for FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Works well and replaced my old remote that was broken
This remote does an acceptable job as a replacement for the CM7500 DVR+ remote, however it will not program to operate either my LG tv or my Bose sound bar.
I have written to Anderic for a return authorization but have not received approval to return it.

Thanks to Anderic for the parts necessary to repair older ceiling fans as in my case a 22 year old fan.Hampton bay St. Regis fan which I was able to repair and refresh fan to like new condition for $80 .
It was powerful, now instead used old control and brand new control and fixed, private spaces are created from me, I installed 1 fans in three area and the controller was applied on HamptoN bAY Landmarks.
I was putted on Hampton bay manual/remote switch to run fan speeds, installed in the fan motor pull chain receiver place is created in the factory, light kit is too and in the light kit is have an light shades, reversing button is great and the manual switch is works on my fan and remote is connected to the wire yellow in receiver, light kit is not prepared for connecting receiver, installed fan controller and fan reacts to the speeds, manual switch is used pull chain, remote function and remote switch is for remote only
Conversion kit was remake the original no reverse, I have installed on the Hampton bay Landmark series, two optional receivers installed and tested so great and the speed 3 to speed 1 reverse is great.

I took the remote out of the package and paired it up without any problems. It looks and acts like the original remote. I’m very happy with it and the ordering process.
