I ordered the RF 368B which is no longer made & was sent the RF399 as a substitute. After trying numerous times, I still cannot get it to pair with the controller. I’m beyond frustrated.

I never received it. I emailed you the day I ordered it right after I realized it had the wrong shipping address because I moved. Now when I track it I see it’s been delivered, just not to me.

I initially thought I would have to send it back because the controller I ordered was for Hisense and I was sent a Toshiba labeled contoller. However, to my surprise, it worked perfectly.

It really works!! I bought the Altura 68 inch ceiling fan about 13 years ago. Back then it came with a white remote that didn’t have a power button. When it recently stopped working, I replaced the receiver with this one and it started right up. I was skeptical but it works.
My old remote had died but this Anderic remote worked perfectly the first try! I simply matched the tabs to the original and voila!!

I really wouldn’t know the quality of this item item. Order is the remote for a Samsung and was delivered a remote for a Sony.
