The Anderic CHQ9051T-Wired wall control is for use with 3-speed fans. The Anderic CHQ9051T connects to the fan's receiver unit and allows for control operation. Your fan must have a receiver unit which needs to be paired via the dip-switches with the wall control.

The Anderic CHQ9051T WIRED remote control replaces the original equipment Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze ceiling fan CHQ9051T. This remote will work in place of a standard wall switch, but also requires a compatible receiver installed in the fan for proper use (UC7067FMRX). The fan must also have a reversing module for the Reverse key to work.

Will replace the Emerson / harbor breeze / Hampton bay UC9050T WIRED remote also. Ours just has an additional button (Reverse).

About 10$ more expensive than Amazon. Didn't check before I purchased. The fan wall switch worked fine and was easy to install.

Happy about the service but to no fault of yours the receiver won’t respond So thank you and we’re going to save it until we get another fan and get a reciever then

Informative Website, Rapid Delivery

This fan wall controller was functionally a perfect substitute for the Craftsman UC7077T that is no longer made. I had tried two other products that didn’t work, one that I bought from a website that claimed to be a a UC7077T and wasn’t, and the Craftsman advertised replacement for UC7077T, neither worked for my fan/light, which uses a dip switch. Also the product was shipped promptly by Anderic.

So far so good for a week! Replaced a Regent fan control that lasted more than 15 years. Hope it lasts a few years! Thanks for having a replacement!
