The Anderic UC7058GM with Up Lights, is the ideal replacement for your Hampton Bay Miramar ceiling fan and other compatible models.

This receiver is designed to work with the Anderic RR7080T (UC7080T) remote control. If you don't already have the RR7080T remote, you may need to purchase it separately. It is compatible with your original remote as long as your original says FCC ID: UC7080T.

Note: This receiver is NOT compatible with Thermostatic remotes and must use the standard RR7080T (UC7080T) remote.

Fan speeds: Low, Medium, High, Off
Forward and Reverse

Good customer service, but the replacement

Good c customer service but the replacement part started making noise about a week after I replaced it.

Anderic UC7058GM with Up Lights

Called customer support and very helpful to ensure I received right part for my 18 year old St Regis fan. Part shipped that day and installation instructions were very clear. I don't know if it was because my fan had not worked for more than 1 year but it did take several hours for the all of the fan speeds to work properly after I installed the new remote receiver.

After installation I was very satisfied, excited actually, to see my ceiling fans operate just as they did when they were new. Thanks Anderic for supplying these fan switches when other supplier could not.

Thanks to Anderic for the parts necessary to repair older ceiling fans as in my case a 22 year old fan.Hampton bay St. Regis fan which I was able to repair and refresh fan to like new condition for $80 .
