- REPLACEMENT RECEIVER FOR CEILING FANS: The Anderic UC7058GM receiver is designed to replace original 7058GM-01 receivers used in Hampton Bay Miramar and other compatible ceiling fans with up-light and down-light configurations.
- COMPATIBLE WITH POPULAR REMOTES: Works with remote controls including UC7080T (CHQ7080T), UC7081T (CHQ7081T), and Anderic RR7080T (UC7080T). Designed for standard dip-switch remotes operating at 303.835 MHz (304 MHz).
- FULL FAN AND LIGHT FUNCTIONALITY: Supports three fan speeds (Low, Medium, High), fan OFF, forward and reverse direction, and independent up-light and down-light control with dimming capability.
- 304 MHz DIP SWITCH PAIRING: Pairs with compatible remotes using a simple 4-dip-switch configuration. No programming required—just match the dip switch settings on the receiver with the remote.
- NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THERMOSTATIC REMOTES: This receiver is designed for standard remotes only and does NOT support thermostatic remotes. Use with compatible non-thermostatic remotes such as RR7080T (UC7080T).
