The remote I'm sure is great but I misunderstood what TV and system it was for so I ordered the wrong remote.
Called their customer support and got Aiden. He was great. Spent time figuring out the problem until after asking a few questions that it was not the right remote.
He sent me a return label.
I would definitely recommend and use Anderic again.

When holding down the volume button, it only changes the volume a little bit at a time. You have to hold it down a number of times to change it significantly
