After many moons my original remote finally gave up. This replacement arrived quickly. Then just worked. I haven't been able to swiitch to PHONO with a single press in a long long time. Considered a universal option but don't need all the buttons and don't plan on switching out my amp any time soon.
I was looking for a switch like the one I ordered to pair with one I have already, I will keep this one to convert another fan in the future

Pairing with TV was very simple but had to go to the Anderic website to get the instructions. This might be a problem for some people. Also I believe my original remote was backlite and the new one is not but this is only an observation. Overall the new remote is excellent.
