Works great. Easy to set up. Replaced a similar one that was old and the buttons weren't working anymore.

Arrived quickly and worked immediately.

Really enjoyed talking to the person who took my call. He explained why the cost of the remote went up considerably after my original order was made and was kind enough to offer me a reduced price. This is indeed a good business practice. I will certainly be back. Oh yes, before I forget, the four TV remotes are top quality and working well.

The remote works fine, just like the original

The remote works fine, just like the original remote. I think it works better. I did have to call customer service. The new remote was not fully connected to the TV, but Adrian helped out and it's connected now.
