This was an incredibly frustrating experience. Yur webpage displays a remote with no relationship to what was actually sent. It has no pairing button as shown on your site and was sent without instructions. I could not pair it to my Roku stick and neither could your tech, so I returned it, only to have it replaced by an identical unit. The second tech sold me a replacement, only to call back with some arcane instructions which actually worked! Anderic does not have its poop in a group on this one.
Remote worked great for two weeks, then stopped pairing for good.

The price was great. The shopping was good. The down side was that there were no instructions as to how to pair it with the TV.
This new receiver speeds does not match the old receiver. It is much slower.
The highest level only matches the middle speed.
