So helpful when notified the original I ordered was out of production. The back order of new replacement took awhile but came as promised and works like a champ with original remote. Thank you for such great service.

I purchased a remote control and some of the buttons did not work. I did send an email to their customer service and no one got back to me. I also sent a second email and was completely ignored. No one is taking care of any issues or responding to customers and their product does not work.
