I received the cheap remote. I had to take it apart to put batteries in.I called the customer service to find out how to get to the battery compartment, I was told to press down on the face and slide forward, after that did not work I found you have to pry the top off. This is a sorry way to make something. It works so far after you get the batteries in but I would never purchase this again.
