Very poor support
This was an incredibly frustrating experience. Yur webpage displays a remote with no relationship to what was actually sent. It has no pairing button as shown on your site and was sent without instructions. I could not pair it to my Roku stick and neither could your tech, so I returned it, only to have it replaced by an identical unit. The second tech sold me a replacement, only to call back with some arcane instructions which actually worked! Anderic does not have its poop in a group on this one.
