The 375UT-3button is the compatible replacement for the LiftMaster 895MAX, offering three-button control for up to three garage doors, gates, or MyQ-enabled devices. It features bright blue LED buttons for night operation and works with LiftMaster garage door openers manufactured from 1993 onward, as well as 315MHz LiftMaster and Elite gate operators. The remote supports Security+ 2.0 anti-theft technology and includes a visor clip and instructions. All three buttons can be programmed to garage doors requiring learn button pairing, though only one button works with DIP switch programming.

Better than LiftMaster

Although I expected as much, with these Anderic 375UT remotes I was still disappointed to find that only one DIP switch sequence may be used at a time--it does not save the sequence/key to the button, rather it saves the type of signal (frequency and learn button color/length of DIP switch sequence) then uses whatever sequence the switches are at for the key. So only one button at a time may be assigned to a DIP switch receiver. If Anderic addressed this one lack, these remotes would be perfect and truly universal.

I have looked into this situation and in order to pair all three buttons to three receivers then the remote would have to incorporate 3 sets of dip switches which would completely change the form factor of the remote.
