The 375UT-3button is the compatible replacement for LiftMaster 62LM and 62LMC 2-button visor remotes, operating at 390 MHz with DIP switch programming for straightforward setup. This universal remote mounts on your vehicle's sun visor for convenient garage door control and works with LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Linear, and Wayne Dalton openers from 1983 onward. The 375UT-3button supports multiple frequencies including 300MHz, 310MHz, 315MHz, 318MHz, and 390MHz, and is compatible with both Security+ and Security+2.0 code technology. All three buttons can be programmed to different garage doors or gates, though DIP switch-equipped doors allow only one button per remote.

Better than LiftMaster

Although I expected as much, with these Anderic 375UT remotes I was still disappointed to find that only one DIP switch sequence may be used at a time--it does not save the sequence/key to the button, rather it saves the type of signal (frequency and learn button color/length of DIP switch sequence) then uses whatever sequence the switches are at for the key. So only one button at a time may be assigned to a DIP switch receiver. If Anderic addressed this one lack, these remotes would be perfect and truly universal.

I have looked into this situation and in order to pair all three buttons to three receivers then the remote would have to incorporate 3 sets of dip switches which would completely change the form factor of the remote.
