The 375UT-3button is the compatible replacement for the Genie GU4TG2-R, offering universal 3-button control for garage doors and gates from LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Linear, and Wayne Dalton models from 1983 onward. It supports both Security+ and Security+2.0 code technology with multi-frequency compatibility (300MHz, 310MHz, 315MHz, 318MHz, 390MHz, and more), and works with both rolling code and DIP switch programming methods. The compact key fob design includes a visor clip and keychain attachment for flexible carrying options, with an LED light to assist programming. All three buttons can be paired to garage doors using learn button programming, though only one button can be programmed to DIP switch-equipped openers.

Better than LiftMaster

Although I expected as much, with these Anderic 375UT remotes I was still disappointed to find that only one DIP switch sequence may be used at a time--it does not save the sequence/key to the button, rather it saves the type of signal (frequency and learn button color/length of DIP switch sequence) then uses whatever sequence the switches are at for the key. So only one button at a time may be assigned to a DIP switch receiver. If Anderic addressed this one lack, these remotes would be perfect and truly universal.

I have looked into this situation and in order to pair all three buttons to three receivers then the remote would have to incorporate 3 sets of dip switches which would completely change the form factor of the remote.
