Service was good, it arrived on time as stated. reasonably priced.
But...
this remote does not and will not send signal to my older fan/light. We adjusted both the fan and remote to directed settings but...still we need to return it.
Don't buy from this website. It's a scam. Never received product support tried to sell me more.
Perfect. Worded perfectly right out of the box.
The remote works just fine. It even turned on the light under the fan that hasn't worked for years! We are pleased!
