Were very pleased with my new replacement
Remote and fast and easy it was to order online.
My husband did not even realize it was gone !!
It came in the mail very quickly. Much appreciated.

After I requested a replacement Remote it was sent promptly. It was in good shape so I put batteries in and tried it but unfortunately none of the functions worked.... I could not even turn the TV offf. Thank you so much for your prompt service.
