It needs to be pointed directly at TV to work. My other remotes can be pointed in any direction, and the TV will respond.

This remote does not work, all the functions of the stereo. It turns it on and off. But it doesn’t open the trays, for the cd part. So I have to press the buttons on the stereo. And some of the other buttons on the remote, don’t work, on the stereo.
