Anderic Substitute for Regency TR29 / RH787TB CHQRH787TB Ceiling Fan Remote Control [RR787T]

The Anderic RR787T is a substitute for the Regency TR29 / RH787TB / CHQRH787TB remote. It is a ceiling fan remote for Hampton Bay RH786R-style receivers. It works with ceiling fans such as TR29.

How to confirm the fit

Find the FCC ID on the back of your old remote or inside its battery compartment. It should match CHQRH787TB. If your remote shows a different FCC ID, this remote will not work with your fan's receiver.

Setup / Pairing

1. Turn the power to the fan off at the light switch or circuit breaker.
2. Remove the remote's battery cover and set its dip switches to any setting you choose; the fan learns the setting. Install the 23A battery (not included).
3. Restore power to the fan. Do not press any other button before SET.
4. Within 60 seconds of restoring power, press and hold SET for 1 to 5 seconds.
5. The light blinks twice: the fan now responds to the remote.
6. If you pressed another button first or it does not pair, turn the power off and on again and repeat from step 3.
