Remote works great, the previous remote I had

Remote works great, the previous remote I had would not work all functions.
This one is an original for the Denon A1H and everything works now.

Good customer service on return

This remote wasn’t completely compatible with my 11 year old TV, and soon after I managed to get the old one working anyway. Anderic’s website has a “returns” button and that was authorized in 1 day. I’ll get my original cost back but alas not the taxes, original shipping or the $4.99 insurance. Not a total loss.

Impossible to program for a Sony TV. Do not buy!!

Impossible to program for a Sony TV. Tried all codes for the brand, tried all methods, got it to shut down but the respective buttons (e.g. input or channel up or down) do not work. Quite disappointed. Will return it.
This remote is just a piece of garbage and the response from the manufacturer is just as inadequate.
Upon the response from Anderic, I stress that it will not work as a replacement for the Channel Master 7500 remote. It will only turn on or off the Sony TV. That's all. The other buttons that work on the original Channel Master remote to control certain TV functions (for example input) do not work on this so called direct replacement. Moreover, the green and red buttons bring up certain channels rather than what they appear to be designed for.

Thank you for your review. This remote is designed to only work with Channel Master boxes as a direct replacement for the original CM7500 Channel Master remote. It has an option to program to TV and Audio for VOLUME and POWER keys only. Again, this remote is not designed to work for TVs specifically and we do not recommend you using it for TVs. If you need a remote for a TV, we suggest getting a compatible TV remote.
