It was a big challenge to find the right remote for my Harbor Breeze ceiling fan. Some remotes look exactly like the manufacturer’s and they are incorrectly described as the replacement, but the frequencies are different. Frustrated, I called Anderic and spoke with Aidan who helped me select the right product. It works! Sometimes, it’s the littlest things that make the biggest difference. Anderic is one of those companies that gets all those little things right. It’s a shame that Customer Service is systematically dying in American businesses, but not at Anderic! They truly care.
Remote didn't work. Customer service is almost unresponsive outside of the AI chat bot. They told me to purchase another one to see if that one worked. Garbage company with garbage products is what I got out of the experience.
This is the exact remote I purchased 30 years ago with the fan. I added a battery and didn't even have to change the code ! All functions work as new. Thanks for the hook up !
