It still does not work.

All I have to do for a refund is the following: In order to return the item(s), Please package the product(s) in a box or the package it was sent to you in. Include the order number or a copy of the receipt inside the package along with the product(s) you are returning.
Apply postage to the package and return it to: Replacement Remotes Attn: Returns Dept. 4945 Reynolda Road Winston Salem, NC 27106
So, I followed the above instructions and all I have to do now is wait for my refund.

Very satisfied with the price and with customer support. Sadly, my fans were not able to pair with the remotes, the problem is the fan not the remotes. Very pleased with the kindness and helpfulness of customer service. Saved Dans Electronic link and will definitely use in the future
