Free Shipping over $69 to Canada and the United States.

Please note our partners for U.S. and Canadian shipments have been experiencing delays in shipment processing, tracking and delivery. This is due to reduced domestic and international airline flight availability and strict safety precautionary measures.

All Canadian and U.S. shipments may see processing and delivery delays.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We ship most packages with UPS Ground shipping to Canadian Provinces free of charge for purchases over $69 (excluding the three Northern Territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut). Orders under $69 are subject to a $7 flat shipping fee.

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES

We ship most packages with UPS Ground in the 48 Contiguous United States free of charge for purchases over $69. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Orders under $69 are subject to a $7 flat shipping fee. Please note that all orders over $800.00 USD to the United States must be accompanied by the consignee's tax number. This information is required in order to complete the carrier's customs documents. If we cannot receive the required information for orders over $800.00 USD to the United States, the order will be cancelled.

Artika Return Policy for Canada and United States:

At Artika, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you need to see the product to know if it's right for you and your space. Returns that are not deemed at the fault of Artika, be it damaged or defective, can be returned for a refund, minus a 10% or 15% fee depending on the order total. The conditions of our return policy are as follows:

  • Initiate the request within 30 days of receipt.
  • The unused item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Any item that has been installed or used in any way cannot be refunded.
  • Our policy is only available for purchases made on www.artika.com or www.artika.ca

Please note that all clearance items, sinks and parts, including glass cylinders, are final sale.

Damaged Items:

Upon receiving your product, please inspect it for any damage. If you find any damage upon delivery, promptly take photos and email them, along with your order information, to support@artika.com.

International Orders:

We are unable to accept returns for international orders. All international orders are final sale.

Cancellations:

We are here to assist you with canceling your order before it ships. Please call Artika Customer Care at 1-866-661-9606 or email support@artika.com to request the cancellation. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and refund immediately. Orders that have been shipped are subject to the standard return policy.
