AROMELY policies

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer Free shipping to all USA.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders delivered within 5 miles from Miami FL. 

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Hialeah FL or Miami FL Location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aromely.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aromely.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following conditions:

When You Can Cancel Your Order

  • Your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
  • The order status in your account shows as "Pending" or "Awaiting Fulfillment."

When Cancellation Is Not Possible

  • Your order has already entered processing at our warehouse.
  • The order status shows "Processing" or "Fulfilled."
  • Your order has been shipped.

How to Request a Cancellation

If your order meets the criteria for cancellation, please contact us at sales@aromely.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order cannot be canceled, we will guide you through our return and exchange process.


Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange under the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at sales@aromely.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label for domestic returns.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Options

  • You may exchange your item for any product available on our website.
  • If the new item is less expensive, we will issue store credit for the difference.
  • If the new item is more expensive, we will provide instructions on how to cover the price difference.

Diffuser Return Policy

We understand that diffusers may be used to test our products. However, to qualify for a return, the diffuser must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be returned clean and free of any oil residue.
  • It must include all original packaging, accessories, and components.
  • If the diffuser is not received in this condition, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

As a courtesy, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided for all domestic diffuser returns.


Diffuser Oils Return Policy

Diffuser oils fall under our 30-day return policy as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Oils must be new, unused, and have their factory seal intact.
  • We cannot accept returns for oils with a broken or removed seal.
  • Diffuser oil samples are final sale and are not returnable or refundable.

💡 Not sure which oil to buy? We recommend purchasing oil samples first before committing to a larger bottle.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for all domestic returns of eligible diffuser oils.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at sales@aromely.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift Cards (All sales are final)
  • Mystery Gifts (Final sale, non-returnable)
  • Oil Samples (Final sale, non-returnable)
  • Items received for free as part of an offer
  • Shipping Fees & Rush Order Fees (Non-refundable)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for return processing.
  • If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at sales@aromely.com.

Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.

As a courtesy, Aromely provides a prepaid return shipping label for all domestic returns.
