Shipping Carrier

Cosori ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries.

Processing Orders & Shipping

As a result of a high volume of orders, our processing and shipping may be delayed. We are also unable to fulfill any expedited shipping or pickup requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work our hardest to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. 

Shipping Area

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Levoit.com doesn't ship internationally, but our products are available on the Amazon store in Europe and Canada.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Cosori as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact our support team (support@levoit.comto make arrangements for reshipment.

Cancelled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting our support team (support@levoit.com). Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.

Levoit stand behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period, we are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective due to manufacturer flaws.

*Please note that if your order was fulfilled by Amazon and within 30 days of receiving, please contact Amazon directly for replacement or refund.

RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT

  1. Please fill out the form correctly at the bottom of the page and submit the request.
  2. We will review the request. After approval, we will send you a RMA number with a return label by email.
  3. Please print out a copy of invoice and insert to the package.
  4. Pack the product securely and affix the shipping label.
  5. Ship to us via corresponding carrier.
  6. We will test the defective units and process your request accordingly. 

RMA NUMBERS

  • Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products being returned are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  • RMA numbers may also be obtained by contacting Levoit Support within the warranty period for products. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days after issue.

Return Packaging

Any item that is returned to Levoit must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.

In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
