Anderic Fee Schedule – Notice of Potential Recoverable Costs
Dan’s Electronics Etc., Inc. d/b/a Anderic maintains the following Fee Schedule to provide transparency regarding costs that may be asserted or recovered by Anderic where permitted by law. This Fee Schedule is not a contract but a notice of potential recoverable costs that may be sought, if applicable, from third parties whose actions unlawfully or improperly impact Anderic’s business, proprietary information, or operations.
1. Proprietary Content and Intellectual Property
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or display of Anderic copyrighted information in a commercial context (text, images, data) — up to $5,000 per instance.
- Unauthorized use of proprietary compatibility, replacement, or research data that was developed through Anderic’s independent testing — up to $10,000 per instance.
- Unauthorized use of Anderic trademarks in commerce — up to $50,000 per instance.
2. Communications and Contact Costs
- Repeated unsolicited communications regarding matters refused by Anderic — $500 per occurrence.
- Harassing, defamatory, or baseless legal threats directed to Anderic or its representatives — $2,000 per occurrence.
3. Commercial Interference and Resale Activity
- Unauthorized resale or diversion of Anderic products in violation of Anderic’s policies — $10,000 per supplier instance.
4. Legal and Administrative Expenses
- Expense reimbursement for time and administrative costs incurred as a result of responding to improper conduct — $500 per hour, per representative.

Terms of Enforcement
- This Fee Schedule constitutes notice of recoverable costs Anderic may assert where allowed by applicable law and does not create any contractual obligation on non-customers to pay fees absent a separate agreement.
- Fees referenced are estimates of potential recoverable costs and may be pursued through legal action, settlement demand, or other remedies as permitted by law.
- Anderic reserves all rights and remedies under applicable law, including without limitation copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and contract rights.
- A copy of the most current fee schedule is available on Anderic’s website; revisions may occur at any time without prior notice.
