First, I was sent 3 remotes and only ordered one. One of the remotes did not work at all. I need a refund on 2 remotes. I have kept on remote and hopefully it will continue to work.
Where do I return the remotes?
I like the remote. It has a back light to the remote. I was able to connect it to my TV easily. The only problem is it would not update. I am trying to figure that out. This is the first remote I ever got that didnโt come with batteries. I am going to get new batteries and see if I can update. It. I really like Sony name remote for my Sony Tv
