Pairing with TV was very simple but had to go to the Anderic website to get the instructions. This might be a problem for some people. Also I believe my original remote was backlite and the new one is not but this is only an observation. Overall the new remote is excellent.
Item was exactly as advertised. Performed perfectly. I used tech support before ordering and they were very helpful.

I would not purchase insurance again. With the service as it is-I do not see a need for the insurance
