- Keep your distance – Avoid sitting too close to your television or computer. Staying 20-26 inches away from your computer screen and eight feet or more back from your television will help reduce eye fatigue.
- Get plenty of sleep – Insufficient sleep keeps your body from resting and repairing itself, resulting in greater eye fatigue. Make sure you get your six to eight hours each night.
- Keep eye drops on hand – Refreshing your eyes with eye drops will help alleviate eye fatigue symptoms.
- Observe the 20/20/20 rule – Every 20 minutes, look away from the screen at an object about 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
- Take a break – Regularly get up from your desk or couch and look at something other than a computer monitor or television screen.
Works good but there isn't a control for the upper light.
