Perfect Replacement

Excellent remote to replace the defective original fan remote. Only issue was there was no mention of the “learn” in the description on line. Was happy to see that one was included in the remote received. Worked perfectly.

Never worked trying to talk to someone is a joke trying to email every hour whoever set this up doesn’t know what they are doing!

Works like it should

After a long night of research I determined this remote should pair to a fan in a house I recently purchased. After a few days of waiting for the remote and battery (got one on Amazon) I was delighted that it actually paired and worked. My exact fan is:

I received the RMF-TX910U. It would have been nice if I was informed of the different model when ordering. It seems to work the same.
