I bought this remote bc I misplaced the original directv remote. I received it quicker than estimated.
The remote looked like the original and was in good condition.
However, I cld not get it to sync/work w my Samsung tv. So I can't tell if the problem is w the remote or my install skills. It did not
come w instructions and I dont know if that was bc it is refurbished. So it might be better w someone w more tech skills.
I put batteries in and it works. Not as many buttons as the
factory remote. But all the ones I use 100% HAPPY
I am about to throw this remote away as it has been nothing but a hassle to me the keys stick especially the volume key. It's constantly messing with me and not worth it. This is a waste of time and money. I would suggest looking for a more quality device.

The RC039SR seems to be a direct replacement for a OEM RC032SR that I used with my AV 7703 pre-pro for ten years (and the remote buttons got progressively less responsive with time). All buttons I tried directly map to my old remote.
The remote allows me to get new life from my Marantz pre-pro since everything works well and my only complaint was the the remote.
The remote was received quickly once I received a shipping notification. I also received a quick response when I inquired about the shipping.
I am so impressed I am thinking of buying another remote just to have a spare if needed.
The RRCM7500 works great out of the box for the CM7500. Only issue is it also controls the ON/OFF function on my Samsung TV.
