I bought a home with a “70 Harbor Breeze Hydra fan, but was never given a remote. After taking a picture of the fan and doing a google image search I ended up here. I took a chance and ordered this remote from Anderic. I installed batteries, powered the fan on, and held the reset button in the remote by the battery compartment for a few seconds to program the remote. It paired up with the fan easily, and I’m very happy!
This is Anderic suggested replacement for Hampton Bay Monte Carlo ceiling fan remote, model CHQ7074T. Their model RR7078TR works very well. Thanks for being there.

Original hunter fan receiver quit. The Fan2r kit was delivered on time was a breeze to install: took about 10 minutes and fit perfectly. Turned fan on low and it sounded a motor with a broken rod. Took fan apart again and removed 2 blades to discover the hunter receiver antenna retainer (a bakelite or plastic ring with the wire embedded) that was mounted between the blade mounts and the cup above the retaining cap for the receiver housing had failed leaving several large and small pieces of curved plastic or bakelite in the cup which were contacting the fan blade mounts causing the grinding racket. After removing the debris and reassembly, the fan works perfectly! Thanks Anderic!!

I ordered the replacement wireless remote unit for my Harbor Breeze fan and installed it without any issues at all. The fan is blowing, the lights are lit and the world in that room is now restored to normal. Thanks for having a part that nobody else did!
