Anderic.com Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all accessories (wall mounts, battery covers, screws, instruction slips), and in its original packaging.
- International (outside the U.S.) Returns are not accepted.
- A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
- The standard return shipping fee is $7.95, though this amount may vary if the actual return cost exceeds the standard rate.
- Returns sent to us without a prior return request may not be accepted.
- Restocking fees may apply; please refer to the "Additional Information" section below.

Additional Information
Inspect your items upon receipt for Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable, final sale & items with restocking fees
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as keypad repair kits and Batteries) and the items listed below. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You may still initiate a return for the items below; however, please be advised that the items below will not be approved.
Items that are final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable, these items can include the following:
- Parishable items, such as batteries
- Keypad Repair Kits
- All items valued at $20 or less are final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable; exceptions may apply at our discretion or if you are returning multiple items.
20% Restocking Fee:
- All Samsung One-connect boxes, One-connect Cables, and Jackpacks have a 20% restocking fee.
10% Restocking Fee:
- All bulk purchases of five or more units of any single item — for example, five 877MAX keypad remote controls — will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned. Additionally, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
We always notify you of the total refund amount when we issue your return label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not provide labels, you must return at your own expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and if the refund is approved. If so, expect your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
