Love this remote. Have bought them from your company in the past. I find they are easier to use than the original remote that came with the the Toshiba unit. Happy that I found you. Your company is reliable and has quality remotes

Very happy with remote. Works fine.

Works like a charm. Has all the buttons of the original remote. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the small size of some of the often used buttons like stop and play. But for the price, I can live with it.

Can't tell if it is a legitimate remote or not

Can't tell if it is a legitimate remote or not. It wouldn't take a software update so I'm guessing no (I had to update using the original remote which still worked well enough to do that). That said, it works 1000% better than other attempts at getting a "Sony" replacement remote. Idk why Sony doesn't sell replacements directly. Short of the SW update issue, it's a great remote.
