The remote is exactly as ordered. Charge the remote before trying to pair with tv. Works excellent! Just like the original.
Works great after figuring out how to set the code. Some better instructions would be nice

The remote works perfect. After receiving 2 faulty remotes from Amazon I am very happy! However, I was surprised at the packaging and lack of protection for the remote. It didn’t come in the LG box and there was no bubble wrap or anything in the envelope to keep it from getting damaged in transit. It did arrive without damage though. And because it was shipped via USPS, it was delivered safely to my locked mailbox. No worries about porch pirates.
