The good: I was able to purchase two LG remotes for my smart TV. LG no longer carries them. So thank you. These are original LG new in the box remotes. The price was excellent.
The bad: My package was water logged and soaked throughout. The packaging, original remote boxes, and remotes were wet. The postal service noted it happened during transition. They offered no assistance or resolution. I contacted Anderic through the help center. I received an automated response. I reached out again, same response. There has been no contact by a live person or any resolution offered.
I purchased damage insurance with my purchase, which I never do, but so far that has not been helpful.
End Result: The remotes were dried out for 3 days and fortunately they are working normally for now.
If the package was delivered undamaged, I would be very happy with the LG remotes and good pricing.

The now 12 year old comments with 5 stars. Thank you! This tv is considered ancient now from 2002. This got me into the master controls on an RCA Commercial CRT. It came from a school and the man I got it from worked it I.T. couldn't figure it out. I read the manual and it lead me here to ANDERIC. I was worried with the terrifs if it was domestic and also was worried about other reviews saying they didn't get the right product. I got exactly what was advertised and I am grateful there's at least one company still carrying on what RCA and other Huge companies were once doing regularly. I hope this isn't just "New" old stock and that these are still hopefully being produced to some capacity to help others hopefully 12 years from now!
