I ordered it Monday and it was here by Wednesday. I was able to use it immediately, without going through an annoying pairing process. Very happy.
The remote is an authentic Samsung product. It worked straight out of the box without any pairing procedures. The buttons are great, very responsive the touch. It may work better than the original we received with our TV! The remote was delivered very quickly, within three days, but I am in NC, the same state as Anderic. From this experience, I would say Anderic is a reliable company that provides quality products and efficient service.
