First:
This unit is a solution to the MinkeAire ceiling fan remote which reverses direction.
Minke stopped making those other one, but these guys built a good unit. Just installed it for a client and it works great.
Second:
I think it is more valuable to see how a company behaves when things do not go perfectly. This company had a problem and they went out of their way to make it right.
Their warehouse packer send only half my order.
I reached out by email and later I got a call from what felt to me to be the owner. He explained their issue, and how the replacement would be handled.
The personal touch is why I am writing this review.
