Shipping rates will vary; please calculate shipping during checkout.

NOTE: Always confirm your shipping address is correct before purchasing.

Warning: We always ship orders complete. We do not split the order if you purchase multiple items, some being in stock and some not. You can, however, place multiple orders. You can call us to make these arrangements to separate your orders. 

Shipping Insurance is optional and will cover loss, damage, and theft

  • Note: For non-delivery claims marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we ask the customer to wait seven (7) business days after the date the carrier shows that the parcel was delivered before making a claim.
  • Not Covered: If the wrong address was provided during checkout, this is not covered by the Shipping Insurance. To avoid this, please confirm your shipping address is correct before purchasing. If you have already placed the order, please call us as soon as possible so we can update your address. 
  • Once your items have shipped, the shipping insurance is non-refundable

Free Shipping Terms

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the order Checkout Page will automatically reflect "Shipping - FREE." To be eligible for Free Shipping:

  1. Being shipped to the lower 48 states, USA.
  2. All items in the cart must qualify. Note: We have select items that we disqualify for free shipping.
  3. The order total must be above 30.00 USD.
  4. We recommend purchasing the optional "Shipping Insurance," if available. Otherwise, lost, damaged, or stolen packages are not covered. 

Processing Times:

In Stock—Items that show in stock usually ship the same business day if ordered before 12:00 PM ET or the next business day, with some exceptions. 

Special Order - Items that show "Special Order" usually ship within 2-14 business days. These items are specially ordered items from our vendors. We will keep you updated via email with all order updates. 

Domestic Mailing:

  • Standard Shipping - Estimated 2-5 days + plus processing
    • If you select "Standard" shipping, usually, we will mail your item via USPS First Class mail with tracking. However, we may instead send your package via another method we consider best to arrive safely and promptly—no guarantees on time frames but all packages are trackable and usually arrive within 3 days via the post office. Insurance NOT included*
    • *NOTICE: If package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we are not responsible and no refund shall be issued. To have us send out another, you must place another order with us. We recommend that you verify your shipping address before submitting your order. You may also consider upgrading the shipping to Priority shipping.


  • Priority Shipping (Insured) - Estimated 1-3 days + plus processing
    • If you select "Priority Shipping," usually, we will mail your item via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-Day. However, we may instead send your package via another method we consider best to arrive safely and promptly.
    • Note: These packages have insurance for up to $50.

 

  • Next-Day Shipping (insured) - 1 day + plus processing
    • If you select "Next Day Shipping," we will mail your item via "FedEx Next Day." Rates fluctuate. Please calculate the rates when checking out. However, we may instead send your package via another method we consider best to arrive safely and promptly.

International Mailings:

International mailing costs are calculated at checkout; the best method is to go to the product on our website and add it to the cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button and continuing the checkout process. Our website will inform you of the shipping methods and rates for shipping to your address during the checkout process. We do not ship to your country if your country is unavailable to be selected from the drop-down.
 
We offer FedEx international ground, international economy & international priority. 
 
ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TARIFFS, TAXES, AND VALUE-ADDED TAX (VAT)
Dan's Electronics Etc., Inc. does not have a way to calculate your countries' Customs, Duties, Tariffs, Taxes, and VAT fees. These fees are to be paid by the recipient of the merchandise. FedEx will quote these fees near the delivery time, and payment must be applied to take possession of the package. The price for any applicable fees is based upon the laws and regulations of the country where the order is shipping.
 
The amounts are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:

  • • The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture
  • • The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to
  • • VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping

 
Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties, and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties, and surcharges will be billed to the Purchaser. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
 
IF DUTY AND COUNTRY TAX CHARGES APPLY, FEDEX WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PAY THEM BEFORE DELIVERING THE PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR THEM. IF YOUR COUNTRY HAS FEES, YOU MUST PAY THEM.

NOTE: Unless requested otherwise, quantity orders will be shipped complete. Shipping complete means if one of the items you ordered is back-ordered, all items will be held until the entire order is ready to ship.
