Call tech support to get replacement ordered through Amazon to work. Tech quickly determined the Amazon part was not the Anderic part ordered, and canceled the Amazon order and shipped the Anderic part at a lower cost than the Amazon part.
The genuine part worked out of the box, and paired with the matching remote on first try.

My old remote died so, had to order a new one. Received the new one today and, it only took 2 minutes for me to set it up and it works like a charm!!
