Very Happy Customer

I am so glad I found Anderic because I needed an official Sony remote to replace the original that came with the set. I first tried cheaper alternatives but it was never 100% compatible with the TV. Specifically, the TV would not fully recognize it was paired with the remote because I kept getting a low battery signal despite having fresh batteries. I decided to do some research and found this site. I was very happy with how quickly it was delivered to me after my order.

Software Updates Fail

I put in a ticket to their support team waiting for response. Remote seems to work but the TV tells you every single time you turn it on that the remote needs an update and it will not process stuck on 0% TRY-AGAIN
