Finally my sound bar works. I had bought Amazon remotes and just about threw out the sound bar. But the Anderic is a true Sony remote and the result is amazing. No more fake remotes.
Arrived in a week, works great.
Product is great! package was not so good received a little damage in shipping.
Expert I spoke with properly identified the problem. My handyman was then able to do the correct repair!
