Télécommande du récepteur Denon RC1119

Works as it should but I really wanted the RC 1117 which was no longer made. When I explained to customer service why I wanted to return it and get a refund, they were very understanding and told to just send it back with a copy of the invoice. They even referred me to eBay for possible options of getting the RC 1117. The remote didn't quite work out but the customer service was a no hassle experience.
