I ordered the MR77A.2 a direct replacement for the MR77A which failed in my fan, what I received from you is the MR77A the same thing that already exist in my fan. I do not want to install the unit until I get this resolved, I want to get the newest design not put back the same thing.
Please send me fact sheet for the MR77A and the MR77A.2 so I can understand the difference.
Works great does everything we wanted it to so but the fan speed ....
Low is really fast medium is super fast , and high is crazy fast will never use it .
