While I could not verify the exact model fan I had or even the brand, this receiver and it's wire connections/pins and size appeared to be nearly identical to the one that stopped working in our fan. After verifying all I could ahead of time I took the chance and ordered it and we were able to swap in it pretty easily and all works again! even the upper and lower light which is a rare feature on a ceiling fan. Very pleased so far!

Slightly different from the OEM unit in my Hunter fan.
This unit allowed me to repair the Hunter that we love.
It was a bit tight getting into the fan, but it works great.
If you have to replace this unit, I would recommend paying $10 more and getting the remote. I did and was grateful because my Hunter remote is not compatable
