Returns & Refunds

We offer a ONE (1) Year limited warranty on all Anderic branded Items. Purchaser must show proof of purchase to claim the warranty. The warranty covers material defects under normal use. To file a warranty claim please call 1-855-263-3742, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET. If a warranty claimed is approved, we will exchange your defective item for a new or equivalent replacement if available. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued. If required to return the item, all return shipping expenses must be covered by the purchaser and must be mailed to 4945 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. When providing Proof of purchase, the receipt must state Date of purchase, the name of approved vendor to whom item was purchased from, along with the item(s) purchased. If purchased from Anderic.com, we can look you up in our system.
